Binding Agreement - This Agreement shall be binding upon the Volunteer, their heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns, and shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Keystone Spark Academy operates. Violation of any of the terms, policies, or behavioral expectations outlined in this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of the individual’s volunteer role. At the discretion of Keystone Spark Academy, such a violation may also result in the individual being barred from future volunteering opportunities or participation in any Keystone Spark Academy programs or events. *
